Advantage Property Services can provide management services to keep your building looking and running at it's best.

Some of our operations services include:

Routine inspections of the facility as needed to maintain operational integrity.
Develop a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule for the various components of a property to preserve its value.
Routinely inspect roofs, parking lots, sidewalks, landscaping, and the interior and exterior of the building.
As directed, solicit bids for any required vendor services, projects, repairs or general maintenance and oversee any and all contractors hired to perform the necessary work and/or maintenance.
As directed, handle any complaints or concerns as directed that relate to the physical aspects of the building.
Assist in coordination of supplies necessary for the building such as lamps, janitorial supplies, ceiling tiles, door hardware, and more.
Regularly inspect the exterior and interior common areas of the property to make sure they are in good repair and provide periodic written inspection reports.
Provide twenty-four-hour emergency service and phone number(s).
